Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with channel partners, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial products.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
