Warranty Eligibility: This Warranty applies to all products manufactured by KARAM Industries (Brand-KARAM) and purchased from the Firm or its authorized dealers, subject to presentation of the original and valid purchase invoice. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Limited Warranty:

| Safety Shoes | 6 (six) Months from the date of Invoice. |
| Retractable Block | 3 (three) Months from the date of invoice. |
| All other products | 1 (one) year from the date of invoice. |
KARAM warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
The Warranty is subject to the terms herein contained.
This is not a product functioning warranty.
KARAM's entire liability under this warranty is limited to repairs or replacement of any defective product during the warranty period stipulated herein. The decision to repair or replace the product shall be at Karam’s sole discretion.
Warranty excludes or does not cover (without limitation):
- Where the proof of purchase has been altered in any way or is made illegible.
- Model No., serial no. or production date code has been altered, removed or made illegible.
- Installation, repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
- Wear and Tear arising out of the use of the product.
- Claims that are made after the expiry of the warranty period.
- Any deficiency/damage arisen from the misuse, abuse, faulty installation, negligence, alteration, damage in transit or use not in accordance with the product usage guidelines/intended use and manufacturer’s instructions.
- Any deficiency/damage arisen from improper maintenance of the product.
KARAM PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS
- Where the defect is caused due to use of the product with any other non-compatible product or equipment.
- Deployment of the shock absorber and deformation of components after a fall are not covered under the warranty.
- This equipment is not user maintainable. The warranty stands void if an attempt is made to repair or open the equipment.

Disclaimer
The user shall ensure that the product shall be compatible with the other personal fall protection equipment used and is in conformance with those recommended for use by KARAM.
All user instruction manuals must be read before use. It is assumed that the user is trained to use the products and is aware of fall arrest techniques. KARAM and its affiliates, sister concerns, partners, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, trainers shall not be held responsible for accidents arising out of improper use of the products and shall not be liable for any incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any nature, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenues, goodwill or productivity, or for bodily injury or death or loss or damage to property, under any theory of liability including without limitation, contract, warranty, strict liability, tort (including negligence) or other legal or equitable theory.
Third-Party Installations by uncertified installers are not recommended for these products. In case of third-party installations, KARAM shall not be held responsible for any failure of the product in its intended use and the product shall be deemed to be out of warranty.
Other than this warranty, no other oral or written information, advice, commitment or warranty given by KARAM, its distributors, directors, officers, agents or employees shall create any different or additional warranties or in any way increase the scope or liability of KARAM or of this warranty.
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of India and all liabilities arising out of or in respect of the product shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand, India, irrespective of the jurisdiction where it is supplied, purchased or procured from.
